ctcforms.com is operated by Contract to Close (“CTC”) for licensed real estate agents to submit transactions, listings, onboarding information, and feedback to our transaction coordination team. By submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

These forms are intended for real estate agents engaging CTC’s services and for CTC staff. Please submit only information you are authorized to share, and only in connection with work you are asking CTC to perform.

Our team acts on what you submit, and transaction deadlines depend on it. Please make sure dates, contact details, and commission figures are correct, and let your Transaction Manager know promptly if something needs to be corrected after submission.

CTC staff members may receive SMS notifications letting them know a new submission has arrived. This program is for internal CTC team members only.

• How you opt in: CTC team members provide their mobile number to CTC and consent to receive these operational notifications as part of their role. Numbers are entered by a CTC administrator and are never collected from the public.
• What is sent: a short alert identifying the form type, state, submitting agent, and property address, directing the recipient to their email for details. No client contact information, credentials, or financial details are sent by text.
• How often: message frequency varies and depends on submission volume.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the address below. Opting out of texts does not affect email notifications or any CTC service.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Documents you upload are stored privately and shared only with the CTC personnel working your file, through expiring links. Do not upload material you are not permitted to share with a third-party transaction coordinator.

Certain fields — wire instructions, platform login credentials, and lockbox codes — are encrypted before storage and excluded from emails and spreadsheet exports. Please enter such information only in the fields marked as encrypted, and never in general comment boxes.

Fees for transaction coordination and listing services are agreed separately with CTC. Submitting a form does not by itself create a fee obligation; your Transaction Manager will confirm the arrangement for each file.

We aim to keep this platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If a submission does not go through, please contact your Transaction Manager directly rather than assuming it was received.
