New Listing Contract Received

Per MLS RULES, the Listing must be entered within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of the line 9 Contract Start Date. If the Sellers have signed past the line 9 date, the signature date is the new Effective Contract Start Date. Please submit your Contract Listings to CTC with at least a one day lead time for us to submit to MLS.
